4. Tickets and Payments
When you purchase a ticket through the Service:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the organizer
- Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported
- Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Resell tickets outside the platform in violation of organizer policies
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation
- Interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass security measures
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All content you submit remains yours, but you grant Ticketeur a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as needed to operate the Service. The Ticketeur name, logo, and platform are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined by the organizer of each event. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ticketeur does not guarantee that events will take place as advertised or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticketeur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users, organizers, or the platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
